    Our therapists help families deal with issues like parenting challenges, conflicts between family members, and adjusting to changes.

    We focus on building stronger relationships and helping everyone feel understood and supported.

  • Child therapy is a special place for kids and teens to talk about their feelings and get help with problems.

    Our therapists can help kids express themselves and deal with things like anxiety, specific symptoms, complex feelings, and tough situations.

  • Couples therapy is a safe space for partners to talk about their relationship and work on making it better.

    Our therapists help couples communicate better, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their bond.

    Couples therapy will focus on understanding feelings and finding ways to grow together.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a processing treatment to support change in areas one might feel stuck.

    It is a gentle treatment that helps the brain process difficult experiences, subsequently reducing their emotional impact.

    EMDR is an effective treatment or many issues, including trauma, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and performance enhancement.
