We are a small team of Registered Psychotherapists providing in-person appointments in Ottawa, and Virtual services across Ontario.

Our Services

We work with all issues that are brought to session by our clients. If you're experiencing depression, anxiety, burnout, grief, compulsivity, relationship issues, trauma, or PTSD, sexual functioning, or specific disorders, our psychotherapists are here to support you.

We provide integrative mental health care, our training and experience covers a wide range of therapeutic techniques including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and more, so that we can provide personalized treatment tailored to your unique needs and goals..

We offer services in-person at our centrally located office in Ottawa, as well as virtual appointments for clients across Ontario. Our experienced therapists have provided thousands of hours of therapy since we began operating in 2017, and each member of our team is carefully selected by our Clinical Director.

  • Adult Individual Therapy

    Private, supportive space for adults dealing with issues that might be affecting you. Stressful life events, emotions, relationships, and life changes. Together, we will address your therapy goals.

  • Couple/Family Therapy

    A safe space for partners and families to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, adapt to changes, and strengthen their relationships.

  • Youth and Child Therapy

    Supporting children and teens in expressing emotions and building resilience. Working to strengthen the inherent capacity and skills for coping at significant developmental stages.

  • EMDR Therapy

    EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) aids recovery from trauma, anxiety, and fears by processing difficult experiences and finding relief from stress-related symptoms.

In-person and remote options

Can’t make it into the office? No worries –we’ve got you covered with videoconference therapy. We provide videoconference across all of Ontario through a PHIPA compliant platform that is confidential and secure.
